Who We Are

The Eso Kidney Alive Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to advancing kidney health through awareness, education, prevention, and compassionate support. We exist to reduce the burden of kidney disease by helping individuals and communities understand the importance of healthy kidneys, early detection, and timely treatment.

20+

Communities Reached

Our work focuses on preventing kidney disease, promoting regular health screenings, and supporting people living with kidney-related conditions. Through community outreach programs, educational initiatives, and partnerships with healthcare professionals, we equip people with the knowledge and resources they need to make informed health decisions and live healthier lives.

We also provide support for individuals undergoing dialysis and those in need of kidney transplants, advocating for access to life-saving care and better treatment opportunities. At Eso Kidney Alive Foundation, our mission is to improve quality of life, restore hope, and build healthier communities for all.

What We Do

Creating Impact Where It Matters Most

At Eso Kidney Alive Foundation, our work goes beyond awareness—we take action in communities, schools, and healthcare spaces to protect lives and promote kidney health across Nigeria.

Community & School Sensitization

We actively engage the public and students in secondary schools through interactive awareness programs, teaching practical habits for maintaining healthy kidneys. From hydration and proper nutrition to avoiding harmful substances and self-medication, we equip individuals with knowledge that lasts a lifetime.

01

Free Kidney Screening Outreach

Early detection saves lives. That’s why we organize free kidney screening exercises across communities—bringing healthcare directly to the people. These screenings help identify risk factors early and provide guidance before conditions become critical.

02

Support for Kidney Patients

We stand with individuals battling kidney disease by providing guidance, emotional support, and advocacy for access to dialysis and transplant care. Our mission is to ensure that no patient feels alone in their journey toward recovery.

03

Strategic Healthcare Partnerships

Through collaborations with leading institutions like the University Teaching Hospital, Oghara and the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), we expand our reach and impact—delivering quality screenings, awareness programs, and improved access to healthcare services.
